By downloading or using PikuMail (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

PikuMail is free, donationware software. You may download, install, and use it on your own devices. You may not sell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Software without permission.

3. Donationware

The Software is provided free of charge. Donations are optional and support development. Donating does not grant additional rights or features beyond those available to all users.

4. Use of the software

PikuMail is a local email client. You are responsible for your own email accounts, credentials, and content. You agree to use the Software lawfully and not for unlawful or abusive purposes.

5. Acceptable use & prohibited purposes

By downloading or using PikuMail, you accept these Terms. If you use the Software for any unlawful or harmful purpose, you do not agree to these Terms, and your right to use the Software ends immediately.

We do not support, condone, or provide the Software for use in connection with:

• War, armed conflict, terrorism, or any activity that causes violence or harm to people;
• Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or promotion of hatred against any person or group;
• Animal cruelty, abuse, or the promotion of violence toward animals;
• Child exploitation or any form of abuse or exploitation;
• Fraud, scams, phishing, illegal trade, or any other criminal activity;
• Spreading malware, viruses, or otherwise harming other users or systems.

Use of the Software for any of these purposes is a material breach of these Terms and immediately revokes your right to use the Software.

6. Third-party services

The Software connects to third-party services (such as email providers and optionally Dropbox). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pikusoft shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including data loss.

9. Changes to the software

We may update or discontinue the Software at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page.
